Bespoke Complex Care Following Serious Injury

At E2E Homecare, we provide bespoke complex care packages for people whose lives have changed following a serious accident, acquired injury, neurological event or significant deterioration in health.

We understand that after a life-changing injury, care needs can be complex, evolving and closely linked to rehabilitation, independence and quality of life. Our role is to build the right care package around the person, their goals and the professional team supporting them.

We work collaboratively with clients, families, case managers, solicitors, insurers, deputies, rehabilitation professionals and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated, person-centred support at home and in the community.

Depending on the individual’s assessed needs, support may include 24-hour and 2:1 care, personal care, specialist moving and handling, mobility support, delegated healthcare tasks, medication support, bowel and bladder care, skin integrity support, rehabilitation-focused activities, exercise programmes, access to hydrotherapy and therapy appointments, and support with meaningful social and community activities.

Supporting Rehabilitation, Independence and Quality of Life

We look beyond the injury itself. Our aim is to help each person achieve the greatest possible level of independence, choice, dignity and participation in everyday life.
