At E2E Homecare, we provide bespoke complex care packages for adults with complex health and care needs, including people whose lives have changed following serious injury, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, physical disability, accident or a significant change in health.
Every package is individually designed around the person’s clinical needs, abilities, routines, preferences and goals. Support can range from planned daily care to 24-hour support, waking nights and 2:1 care, depending on the individual’s assessed needs.
Our care goes beyond meeting essential health and personal care needs. We support people to maintain choice, independence and quality of life, including accessing the community, attending appointments, participating in rehabilitation and exercise programmes, hydrotherapy, hobbies, social activities and other things that are important to them.
Where required, our trained and competent care teams can support with specialist moving and handling, medicines, bowel and bladder care, catheter care, skin and pressure-area management, nutrition and hydration, respiratory support and appropriately delegated healthcare interventions, supported by robust care planning, risk assessment, competency assessment and clinical oversight.
We work closely with families, case managers, solicitors, insurers, deputies, commissioners, rehabilitation professionals and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure each package is safe, coordinated and responsive as the person’s needs and goals evolve.
